At Healf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion investment. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized courier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
